As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, fabricating metallic and nonmetallic parts, and collaborating with production and engineering teams. Multiple shifts are available with minimal overtime requirement.
Job Details:
We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to set up and operate CNC machines, perform fixture changes, and conduct basic preventative maintenance. The role involves interpreting blueprints, determining material requirements, and adjusting machine controls to ensure accurate machining.
Responsibilities:
- Sets up CNC machines and verifies accuracy of machine settings
- Interprets blueprints and determines dimensions and tolerances
- Collaborates with production and engineering teams for manufacturing processes
- Monitors machine operations for malfunctions and adjusts controls as needed
- Selects appropriate tools and materials to meet production specifications
Requirements:
- 2 years of CNC Machinist experience with metals
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC Machines (Mills and Lathes)
- Experience in changing out fixtures and working with tooling
