Job Details

The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for running and monitoring a line of CNC machines, making minor tool changes, and conducting daily preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor 3-5 CNC machines.
• Conduct quality checks using precision tools.
• Perform necessary offsets and adjustments to machines.
• Execute daily preventative maintenance tasks.
• Handle minor tool changes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CNC operating experience.
• Experience with quality tools like Caliper, Micrometer, and Plug Gauge.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of decimals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Other Details

The work environment is temperature-controlled but can get hot near machines. Steel-toe shoes are required, and all necessary personal protective equipment is provided. The working schedule consists of shifts from Friday to Sunday, with training included.
