Job Details:

The CNC Programmer will be responsible for independently operating and programming CNC machines, selecting appropriate tools and materials, and ensuring dimensional accuracy throughout the machining process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manual machine tools like lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Independently operate and program CNC machines with Mastercam.
• Produce parts using various materials.
• Select tools and materials based on job requirements.
• Plan cutting and finishing operations.
• Monitor and control feed rates and speeds.
• Utilize measurement tools for accuracy.
• Assess and replace cutting tools as needed.
• Perform machine maintenance and minor repairs.

Requirements:

• CNC programming skills.
• Experience in mill operation.
• Proficiency in manual machining.
• Ability to program CNC machines using Mastercam.
• Familiarity with Mazak mill operation.
