Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency HVAC maintenance
• Collaborate with a team of multi-craft mechanics
• Resolve maintenance issues for campus buildings
• Work closely with internal customers to address maintenance needs
• Follow directions from the Zone Manager and Working Supervisor

Requirements:

• Trade school degree
• Experience in facilities maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work
• Proficiency in HVAC systems and maintenance techniques
• Strong skills in painting, drywall, carpentry, and preventive maintenance
