Job Details:

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will perform repairs on facility equipment, maintain roofing systems, grounds, electrical work, and more to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic rough and finished carpentry repairs
• Conduct basic electrical repair work
• Identify and repair basic plumbing leaks or breaks
• Prepare and apply various paint materials
• Maintain building equipment and systems

Requirements:

• Experience in repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Previous work order management system experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs daily
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous drywall and minor electrical repair experience
