Job Details:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, monitoring production output, and ensuring efficiency throughout your shift. Additionally, you will be required to assist in training personnel and adhere to all company policies and safety measures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment to ensure high production and quality output.
• Reduce waste by following quality standards.
• Maintain efficiency and record production output.
• Monitor product quality during runs and make necessary adjustments.
• Complete end-of-production cleaning tasks.
• Assist in training new personnel.
• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and maintain good housekeeping.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in the corrugated industry.
• 3-5 years of operating corrugated converting machines.
• Available for 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday from 2:30pm to 12:30am.
