As an Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce custom nameplates and identification products. Your role will involve working with metal, aluminum, and decal stickers to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Select correct tooling and materials based on work orders and drawings
• Set up machines according to work instructions
• Perform in-process inspections for press-repeatability
• Adjust parameters for part dimensional compliance
• Maintain good housekeeping and perform equipment troubleshooting

Requirements

• Assembly and production experience
• Operation of machines knowledge
• Ability to use calipers for measurements
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
