Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to independently bring parts from print to finished products. The ideal candidate will have the ability to set vices, choose tooling/material, and download the necessary programs to run parts ranging from 2 to 24 inches in size, predominantly made of stainless steel.

Job Details:

The CNC Milling Machinist will read and interpret blueprints, work with engineering to enhance machining processes, conduct full setups on machines, troubleshoot, and maintain tolerances within +- .0005. Experience with CMX 1100s machines is required.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings from engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering for process improvements.
• Perform full setups on machines, including tool changes.
• Troubleshoot machines and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain tolerances and conduct first piece inspection.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of CNC Milling experience.
• Proficiency with vertical mills and machine setups.
• Experience with CMX 1100s machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform changeovers.
