Job Overview:

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Pharr, Texas on all shifts. This full-time position offers weekly pay and benefits while providing opportunities for growth and development. The salary ranges from $25 to $33 per hour based on experience, with regular pay and performance reviews to support your career advancement.

Job Details:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production machinery and equipment. You will adhere to Preventative Maintenance schedules, work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, interpret blueprints, and perform fabrication and welding tasks as needed. Completing reports and paperwork for all maintenance activities is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repairs on production machinery and equipment
• Adhere to Preventative Maintenance schedules
• Work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Install and assemble equipment using blueprints and schematics
• Perform fabrication and welding tasks as required
• Complete reports and paperwork for all maintenance activities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Physical capabilities to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, and bend for extended periods
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred
• Troubleshooting skills
