Job Details:

The Maintenance Technician position involves the maintenance and repair of a wide range of equipment, building structures, and property to support daily operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain various physical operations including refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on property, offices, and equipment.
• Repair equipment, building structures, and property as needed.
• Conduct maintenance on a variety of machines and automated equipment.
• Execute maintenance PMs for machines and equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds independently.
• Proficiency in blueprint and schematic reading.
• Experience with CNC machinery maintenance.
