Job Details:

The Mill Operator position entails working in a grain elevator with a team size of 10. The work environment requires wearing jeans, steel-toed boots, and adaptable layers. Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with occasional Saturdays and early Friday departures.

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand daily production schedules and material requirements.
• Set up and operate mill equipment with correct materials and products based on order specifications.
• Discharge mill contents.
• Maintain mill production records.
• Sample and grade products according to customer specifications.
