As a candidate, you can utilize various services on HireHalf to enhance your job search experience.

Job listings on HireHalf come from employers, partner feeds, and roles that HireHalf recruits for on behalf of client employers whose names are kept confidential until the interview stage. While HireHalf checks listings for quality, it cannot guarantee that every role is still open, and applying through the site does not guarantee a response or an offer.

Users must agree to certain responsibilities while using HireHalf to maintain a respectful and effective job search environment.

To ensure a safe and effective environment, certain behaviors are prohibited on HireHalf.

HireHalf offers a read-only public API and an MCP endpoint so AI assistants can search its job listings. Use is free within the published rate limits; listing data is provided as-is and may not be resold as a dataset.

All content on HireHalf belongs to HireHalf or its licensors. Users retain rights to the material they submit and grant HireHalf permission to pass it to the employer for the role applied to.

HireHalf provides listings as-is and is not liable for hiring decisions, employer conduct, or decisions made based on information found on the site.

HireHalf reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms. Users can request their data to be deleted at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and disputes are subject to its courts.
